We designed an illustrative, character-driven experience to engage three audience segments ranging from ages 5 to 25. The redesigned site offers in-depth information about Habitat’s youth-focused programs, presents opportunities for users to get involved, and features two interactive Flash games that are both entertaining and informative, reinforcing the core values of Habitat for Humanity.
Neighborhood Roundup
This Flash game pits you, the user, against poverty housing in a race to save your town by advocating for simple, decent housing to as many people as you can.
Aten proposed the initial game concept, developed it via collaboration with Habitat for Humanity, and created all aspects of the game.
Habitat Helpers
In this Flash game, your goal is to help Habitat for Humanity volunteers by picking lemons to make lemonade, finding the lost keys for the wrecking crane, taking letters to the postman, and more... Look out for sprinklers, traffic lights, and other obstacles.
